Please mark your calendars! Online giving runs March 1-11, 2025, Because of you we can contribute more each year to educate the Maasai girls and women in Kenya.
MWEEP will again be participating in the Kitsap Great Give for 2025. This annual fund-raiser is our greatest donation platform for giving as all donations are partially matched by sponsors in our community. This past academic year, MWEEP in Kenya saw higher numbers of girls and young women attending schools. (104 girls in secondary, and 41 young women in post secondary.) Additionally we have been able to assist in a “goat project”. This project helped families, especially single mothers who do not have the funds to assist with their daughters’ tuition. It was very successful and gave them a tangible means to raise the necessary money.
