MWEEP Supports Post-Secondary Education

Since 2008, MWEEP’s primary focus has been sending young girls to Secondary school to continue their education rather than marriage and early pregnancies.  But there were also girls who had ambitions and dreams that required Post-Secondary education.  It is a necessary step for many to provide the skills needed for jobs and careers that help support families.  Over the years as the number of girls completed their basic classes it became even more important to also provide opportunities to gain employable skills that open new doors.

The following is a letter of gratitude from a girl who received assistance from MWEEP

Giving Thanks For Your Support

Dear Sir/Madam,

Am hereby pleased to give thanks for supporting me in paying school fees.  Your support had made me manage to accomplish my diploma in Early Childhood Development education.  The knowledge that I have acquired will help me support the young generation which is coming up in my community.

I am now teaching at an Early Childhood Education Centre and Olosho-oibor Primary school.

Thanks for supporting me since you met my needs in education
